Rosé is perfectly crisp and destined for a good time. Whether you’re a purist and enjoy it in a wineglass or prefer to be more rebellious and opt for a rosé sno-cone, there is no wrong way to drink and enjoy the summertime favorite.
One of the ways we choose to sip on the pink drink is with creative rosé cocktails, which are perfect for summertime entertaining and activities, whether you’re hosting a dinner party or taking your pre-mixed cocktails in mason jars to the beach. Combine frozen rosé, tequila and simple syrup in blender and blend until smooth. Add lime juice to taste.
*Heat 1 cup of rosé in a small pot until simmering. Add 1 cup sugar to rosé, continue to heat until sugar dissolves fully and makes a slightly thicker texture. Take off heat, add 2 oz raspberries and mash into mixture. Set aside in refrigerator until cool.
- 5 oz chilled Summer Water
- 1 oz grapefruit-rosemary syrup*
- 1 large edible flower ice cube
- rosemary sprig
Pour Summer Water into a wine glass, add the grapefruit-rosemary syrup and stir gently to combine. Add the ice cube to fill the glass, along with the sprig of rosemary for garnish
*Combine 1 cup grapefruit juice, 3 oz of sugar and 1 tsp rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer the mixture until reduced by one third. Serve and enjoy!
