Recipe for: Lemon Baked Cod Fish
|4 ounces||cod fish|
|1 Tbs||extra virgin olive oil|
|1 tsp||Italian herb mix|
|2 Tbs||panko breadcrumbs|
1. In a bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and Italian herb mix. Give it a stir to mix all the ingredients together.
2. Next up, grab the cod fish and dip it into the marinade coating it well on both sides. Let stand for about 20 min.
3. Then, coat the fish in the panko breadcrumbs and move onto a baking tray. Pour on top of it the remaining marinade and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
4. Dinner is ready! Serve it with a side of fresh salad or some pasta.
