2 oz thinly sliced salami or prosciutto
3 oz soft ripened goat cheese
3 oz Roquefort-style blue cheese
2 oz sharp aged cheddar cheese
2 oz Barhi dates
1 oz Fuyu persimmon
1 oz honeycomb
1 oz English walnuts
2 oz fresh blackberries and figs
resh rosemary & persimmon (garnish) your favorite crackers
