Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc originated in the Loire Valley of France, but New Zealand is the country best-known for this grape. Kiwi vintners have nurtured this grape to popularity by successfully growing it in the cool Marlborough region, and it can now be found growing all over the world. Sauvignon Blanc is usually a dry white wine with distinctive herbaceous qualities. It's a great variety to pair with food.
